Murray Taggart thinks the proposed new CPTPP Agreement is good news for beef farmers, especially if it opens up access with the Japanese market.
The Chairman of the Alliance Group spoke to The Country's Jamie Mackay today saying although he hasn't seen the details of the agreement yet "it's looking very promising."
