Brace yourselves. It's the Two Farmer Js' great political debate. What could possibly go wrong? Jason Uden and Jeremy Rookes treat The Country listeners to their election special before the main event tomorrow.
In the blue corner: First up it's the turn of Jeremy "Trumpy Junior" Rookes. Rookes says Donald Trump got into power using soundbites and that Jacinda Ardern is using similar tactics (although he is quick to say he's not comparing the two).
In the red corner: It's Jason "liberal lefty at heart" Uden. Although Jason has gained this moniker he confesses he has never voted Labour. However he does say that Jacinda Ardern has spurred National on to actually start caring about issues such as homelessness.
The Country host Jamie Mackay has bravely (or foolishly) volunteered as referee in today's debate.
