Earlier this month 11 graduates were celebrated at the Stratford District Council 2016 Trade Graduation Ceremony.

With support from their friends, family and employers the graduates were presented with certificates by mayor Neil Volzke.

Graduates all gained their qualifications while working in local businesses, from health care to carpentry, farming to youth work.

The graduation evening is part of a nationwide initiative through the Mayors Taskforce For Jobs, to recognise those who have qualified in their chosen field, as well as acknowledging the employers who support them.
