"The staff are lovely and friendly and the shop looks fantastic when you walk in."
The judges' comments for Moss, Rocard and Smith Chemist, winner of the Best Presented Business category at Saturday's Stratford Press Romeo awards, are very clear.
Best Presented Business is always a tightly fought category.
"You only have to walk down the main street of Stratford to see the effort so many shops put in, with regularly changing window displays and clean, tidy and welcoming premises."
Ilona Hanne, managing editor of the Stratford Press, presented the award and said all the nominees were truly deserving.

Lorraine Roberts, owner operator of Moss Rocard and Smith Chemist, says she couldn't be happier with the award.
"The whole team works incredibly hard."
"We had been finalists in every category we had been nominated in this year."
Lorraine says the team worked hard on the presentation in the store.
"We want to bring a department store look and feel to the business, while still being in a small community."
Lorraine says they are grateful to all the local tradespeople who help them achieve this look.
"It is nice to get dressed up and come out to celebrate the many great businesses we have in Stratford."
