A farewell was held for Judy Williamson, Norfolk School's long-serving office secretary, on Wednesday July 6 at the school.

Judy, Jimmy and their children moved to the Norfolk District in 1976, with the children attending both Norfolk School and Inglewood High School.

Judy started working at Norfolk School in 1984.

In 1997 Judy and Jimmy made the big move to New Plymouth. Judy has been a huge asset to Norfolk School. We are going to miss her and the knowledge and experience she has brought to her role.

"I feel privileged to have worked with three dedicated and caring principals and many awesome teachers whose friendship I value," Judy says. "I have always felt a sense of being part of a concerned family and I will have special memories."
