Steve Piner and wife Marewa Glover signed a sale and purchase agreement and paid a $40k deposit for a home, but the owners changed their mind and refused to settle. After years, the court ruled in Piner and Glover's favour. They are still waiting $70k that the couple owe them in interest and court costs however.
